Dr. Allen and his Team attended a very special 2-day class here in Charlotte, NC this week. The 2-day seminar taught the Marc Allen Team about key strategies and systems for managing a high-performance and efficient orthodontic practice. While in class, Dr. Allen and his Team delved deeper into roles and duties, which allow them to work even more effectively as a Team. Through the lessons learned, Marc Allen Orthodontics will be able to do more than just straighten your smile, but continue to build long lasting relationships.
